That is a great illustration of this quote! Thank you for sharing. I do hope you’re ‘just’ finishing each day and sort of cross it off when it was a difficult one, or, if it was a good one, you say to yourself: This day today was a good one, I want to keep remembering it….

Electroshock made my memory wonky, so I can’t remember much either way. I do keep a jar to save little notes about the GOOD stuff that happens every week. Then, when I need a boost I can dump out the jar & read. It helps even out my perspective.

What is so admirable in you Sandy, is that you still find solace and ‘help’ with your little notes and thus trigger your memory to realise: YES, there ARE good things and moments in my life. They are worth living for. I think of you and wish you many good moments.
