    This is so totally ‘fine art’, meaningful, extra-ordinary (!), I can’t even…. I just wonder every so often WHAT exactly goes on in that great mind of yours! Thank You Sandy, for floating so beautifully and exquisitely.

      Bless you. This is a little Swedish almanac that I’ve torn page out of to use elsewhere. I decided to use the rest of it as an art journal to chronicle the lessons I’ve learned about being bipolar. It’s called Notes to Myself: The Zen of Bipolar Disorder. I wanted to highlight natural elements like feathers, leaves, twigs some different techniques. I love this one.
