Bless you. This is a little Swedish almanac that I’ve torn page out of to use elsewhere. I decided to use the rest of it as an art journal to chronicle the lessons I’ve learned about being bipolar. It’s called Notes to Myself: The Zen of Bipolar Disorder. I wanted to highlight natural elements like feathers, leaves, twigs some different techniques. I love this one.
