Love it, Sandy. Looks like a lot of snow!

One day a couple years ago, I went looking for the farm. I wanted to see Grandma Wyatt’s house. It was not there! I was devastated. I got out of the car and cried. Searching for some trace of what was there before. The guy I was with did not understand at all. I had dreamed about it the night before and made him take me there. I threw myself on the ground and cried! But in my mind, I can go back and it is still there. I can see every detail. I can even BE there. It is not really gone, just on a different parallel. It’s still there as long as you remember.

Gram’s little house fell apart decades ago. It was only made out of a cheap, cardboard-like material, which is why she always had to move to an apartment in town for the winters. Both our dads were always P.O.ed at her for not getting a “real” house built, but she forever lived in the depression-mentality of doing without. That little house is a permanent fixture in my dreams, too.

Hi! I went back once and found some of Gram’s tulips and dug up the bulbs to take home. But I planted them on the acerage north of M’town so Bill probably enjoys them if he didn’t mow them over.

That picture is a flash from the past. Could have been at our place. Thanks for the visit back in time.
